#1: Create a WhatsApp Group from another phone.

#2: Add yourself and victim in it, because victim is not block second WhatsApp number.

So, right now, there are three members in the group, i.e. You, Second Number & Victim

#3: Now, remove second WhatApp number from Whatsapp Group.

Right now, only you also victim left in group and you can again talk to victim.
