Step 1.  When you lost admin password to your PC, you need to use another computer to make a bootable PCUnlocker USB. Download the ISO image of PCUnlocker, and install it on to your USB thumb drive using Rufus (or other freeware like ISO2Disc).

Step 2.  Insert the bootable PCUnlocker USB into the computer you need to get in. While turning it on, press the BIOS key (F2, F12, DEL, ESC, F8, etc.) to access the Boot Devices Menu. Choose your USB drive appeared in the list and press Enter.

Step 3. When the PCUnlocker utility loads from USB, you can see a list of Windows accounts registered on your computer. Select the user for whom you want to reset the password, and click the Reset Password button.
